Company Story

After twenty plus years in construction management, Chris Condon has made the decision to go out on his own as an independent construction project manager. Based on his experience managing tenant improvement, capital improvment and ground up development projects on the ownership side for the last 16 years, he brings a unique perspective to all of his projects.

He has extensive experience throughout the Mid-Atlantic region (Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington, DC and Northern Virginia), as well as Boston, MA, Austin, TX and Los Angeles, CA.

His deep connections within the architecture and engineering communities, as well as direct relationships with many general contractors and subcontractors in each of the cities he’s worked in afford him the opportunity to put a tailored team together for each project. Whether its working with demolition subcontractors on day one of a project or “turning the keys over” to the tenant upon completion and occupancy, Chris is, and will remain, the point of contact at TobinPeters Project Management for you and your clients.
